#1. A how lead, a when lead, and a what lead. #2. these leads are more descript and better than other leads. #3. Direct quotes are linked to the paragraph before them. The should elaborate on the paragraph before it. #4. They help transitions flow better. #5. A direct quote should be linked to the paragraph before them. #6. An attribute after the first sentence of the quote. #7. noun then verb #8. A transition is hold the story together and link paragraphs together. #9. Lead, direct quote, and PQ transition #10. Important facts first, is the story accurate, are the paragraphs short, is the sentence structure varied in the story, is the story neat and double spaced, does your story flow, and did you use active voice. #11. missing important information, stacking quotes, missing the news peg, and stacking quotes.

1. Aaargh! pirates ! - The situation is that a  rolling stones album was leaked online and people didn't have to pay to listen to the album they could just download it. This is very bad for Rolling Stones because nobody's going to buy their album if it is free somewhere else. I don't think this is ethical exceptable because Rolling stones worked really hard or their album and now everyone can just get it it for free. It is not very fair to them. I also feel like Rolling Stones should have done more to prevent this. I think it is and on everyones part because yes people should not do this but its also Rolling Stones fault. 2. Who's the "predator"- To catch a predator is a tv show with Chris Hansen where they lure an adult that wants to do sexual stuff with a minor into a house then Chris Hansen talks with them and the adult gets arrested. Janice Jones is a 43 year old women who lives in California. Janice was eating pork chops in the back of her motor home. "the pork chops were very good"- Janice Jaycees dog knocked her gun off of her seat and it fired and shot her in the leg and just missed  a gas tank. " you can't take my gun away from me. This mistake will never happen again. I keep the gun for my protection and you cant take it away from me". Janice was rushed to the hospital and is fine now. But Janice did not have a license to have that gun. "I was just going to get the gun license today". Janice has been arrested for gun without a license and animal abuse. She is not going to be allowed to have a gun for a long time. "I did nothing wrong, you will be talking to my lawyer"- Janice
